Clone hero ps2 controller not working driver already downloaded

Hope this helps! The buttons on guitarsniffer do light up when I press buttons on my guitar, and I've got the vjoy as my controller in clone hero but it doesnt work.

I tried using the old guitar sniffer and keyboard input method and that worked so I'm not sure why it doesnt. I set it up the same way as in the image, I'll send a picture of it when i get home.
