Unfortunately this seems to be affecting allot of people I'm sure a fix will go out for it soon so please be patient with Microsoft I would not rebuy your packs. You can always try uninstalling and then reinstalling your game and hope that it pulls your info from the cloud upon re-installation,. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
It is not in my purchase history because it was purchased by minecoins. I tried all the steps people reccomended, but however got no solution.
